For over twenty five years HANDS OF HOPE OUTREACH CENTER has provided critical emergency assistance to low-income families in need in the mid-Cape area (Sandwich to Harwich), offering emergency food, financial assistance to prevent evictions and homelessness, emergency sheltering, assistance with utility and medical bills, clothing, and small household goods. Open: Monday and Friday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1-3 p.m.
