Saturday June 18th was the ribbon cutting ceremony at the pantry's new
and expanded fruit and vegetable garden. This day was the culmination
of several months of hard work starting with clearing trees and grading
the land back in the winter months.

The garden is located on land licensed to the pantry by the Town of
Harwich. John Our was selected to cut the symbolic ribbon not only for
the extensive work that his company provided for this project but also
the Our Family have been supporters of the pantry since we opened in
1989! Kyle Milbier represented the Garden Committee and thanked all
of the major donors to this project, many of whom were in attendance.
The sun shone on our garden and Father Joe Towle and Reverend Jim
David provided blessing on our garden and all involved in its creation
and maintenance.
