Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 12: p.m. Meals on Wheels (Senior Nutrition Program Meals) for people age 60 and older who are homebound and unable to prepare their own meals. Delivered 9:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. Requested donation is $3 per meal, but no one is denied a meal if they are unable to make a donation. Call for information. Senior Dining Centers across the Cape offer healthy, affordable meals, usually within a local senior center or housing facility. Transportation to some sites can be arranged. Call for information.
